Reading a good book, listening to music you love, massages, taking a great class, watching a great play or dance, a day at the beach or pool….
Just a few ideas for you on how to have some “me” time. I’m trying to get to a point where I have one day a week for me. It’s not asking for much, one day a week makes 4 days out of a month, which seems like such a small time in the long run. They say 1 day a week is supposed to be great for your soul. It gives you time to re-connect with yourself and ask, what is it that you want now? Our body is amazing, it is constantly changing and making new cells, that's why It’s good to keep up and know what you like now that you didn’t in the past or vice versa. Don’t lose yourself in your jobs/friends/family, because in the long run you have to ask, “what was it that I wanted for my life and did I achieve it?”
When was the last time you had “me” time?
