I find this one of the most frustrating things ever, working out at the gym and seeing people lifting weights and using machines and doing lunges who have no idea about how to use the machines or how they are hurting themselves because they don’t know what their doing! I am all about proper technique (it’s the dancer in me) and I just want to go up to people sometimes and show them the correct alignment when I see that they are hurting their bodies and have no idea! I think that is one of the better reasons people should get a personal trainer to start with. But, on the other hand, when I hear a personal trainer tell someone, “ eat whatever you want, just work out.” it kills me inside! Sorry buddy, if your personal trainer is telling you this, GET A NEW ONE! I’m here to tell you after countless journeys in diets, etc. It is all about what you eat. A great book that you should live by is FOOD RULES, do whatever that book says and you will never have a problem with weight again. I GUARANTEE IT! But also, find out about your body and how it works and please don’t hurt yourself in the process of trying to get those tight buns!!
